How do you stop malicious free usage?
Free workspaces are authenticated, tenant-scoped, and capped server-side. Calling the APIs directly does not bypass the credit balance or the approval gate on external writes.
What is a platform AI token?
A token is roughly three quarters of a word the underlying AI model reads or writes when thinking through your brief. Heavy reconciliation work consumes more tokens than a quick draft. We show the running meter in-app so there is no guesswork.
How do the free credits work?
Every new workspace starts with $100 in platform credits — no card required. Each turn deducts the underlying model cost and you watch the balance in-app. When the credits run out, oproom stops generating new AI drafts until you upgrade to a paid plan or bring your own model key (your provider bills you directly, no markup). There’s no surprise overage bill, and the free credits are granted once.
Does a higher plan let the agent skip approvals?
No. No plan buys an approval bypass. As the agent builds a clean track record on a kind of action, it can earn narrow, bounded, reversible auto-execute — and that’s the same on every plan, not a paid unlock. Higher plans buy more operating volume and more frequent sweeps, never less oversight.
What counts as a 'brand'?
One Shopify store + its attached Zoho and marketplace accounts. If you sell the same brand on Shopify + Amazon + regional marketplaces, that’s one brand. If you have three Shopify stores under different brand names, that’s three.
Will oproom replace my finance or ops team?
No. oproom reconciles evidence, names the decision, drafts the next move, and keeps the history. Your team still owns judgment, filing, and final approval.
Do you charge per agent action or per approval?
No. Every paid tier is a flat monthly workspace subscription. Approving a draft, reading a connector, and inviting teammates do not add per-action or per-seat fees.
